In order to enter the products purchased by you on your navigation system, please follow the steps below.

Step 1
Download the “Navigoat Assistant” by clicking here or here (MAC).

Attention! If you ordered products from us before, you probably already have installed the “Navigoat Assistant” on your computer. You can check this by viewing whether there is an icon with a green goat (logo of Navigoat) on your desktop. (see illustration below)

If you already have the “Navigoat Assistant”, you can skip steps 1 up to and incl. 6 and double-click on the icon with the green goat on your desktop. Then continue with step 7.

Step 2
Double-click on the file with the name “navigoat_assistent.exe”, which you have just downloaded. (see illustration below)

Step 3
Then click on the button “Execute” and the installation programme of the “Navigoat Assistent” is opened automatically now. (see illustration below)

Step 4
Click on the button with the text “Next >”. (see illustration below)

Step 5
If necessary, change the directory in which the “Navigoat Assistent” is installed. Click on the button with the text “Next >”. (see illustration below)

Step 6
Confirm the installation by clicking once again on “Next >”. (see illustration below)

Step 7
The “Navigoat Assistent” is opened automatically now. (see illustration below)

Step 8
Enter your e-mail address and password (details received by email) and click on “Login”. (see illustration below)

Did you forget your password?
Then check the e-mail confirmation of your order. Here you can find your password again.

Step 9
Now connect your navigation system to your computer with the connection cable supplied with your purchase. Wait until the “Navigoat Assistent” has found your device. (see illustration below)

Step 10
Now a list appears with a list of products purchased by you.
Select the product that you want to install and click on the green button with the text ‘Install’. (see illustration below)

Step 11
Wait until the message appears that the installation has been successful. (see illustration below)

Step 12
Now disconnect the navigation system from your computer and start the navigation system again.

Stap 13
After the navigation system has been started again, you can select the voice through the settings menu of your navigation system.
